Davante Adams is another low-priced option to go after on what should be a high scoring offense. The Packers have Vegas' second-highest projected point total this week at 29.25. They're taking on a Lions defense that ranks 31st in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing NEP. Just like the Saints defense I wrote about with Cousins, the Lions are on pace to finish worse in that metric than the 2009 Jaguars -- the worst team in our database.
In his second game back from injury last week, Adams saw a hefty 11 targets, 23% of the Packers' total. I don't expect the number to necessarily be quite that high this week, but it's worth noting he also saw 35% of the Packers' targets in Week 1 against Chicago.
Adams has a big enough role in this offense, and the offense is in a good enough position, that $5,800 is great value to get a sizable chunk of the Aaron Rodgers-led passing attack.
