The 5 Best 3rd-Down Quarterbacks of 2015
Third-down offensive situations can often times make or break a team's chances of winning a given game. Which quarterbacks came through in 2015?

4. Kirk Cousins, Washington Redskins

Even though Washington folded in the wild card round against Green Bay, it shouldn’t diminish how well Kirk Cousins played in 2015, especially down the stretch.

Cousins completed 67.4 percent of his 3rd-down pass attempts (third-best) and threw 14 touchdowns, second-most in the league this season.

He also finished sixth in Passing NEP per drop back (0.26) and seventh in Passing Success Rate (45.6%).

All told, it’s very likely that Cousins has played himself into big-time money territory for free agency this offseason.
