Chris Hogan will have that from Week 5 on, and his competition for targets has a lot of question marks.

Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola both had offseason surgery, potentially making Hogan the top healthy wideout on the squad. There's a chance he disappoints, but that's baked into his 12th-round average draft cost while his upside is not.
