3 Daily Fantasy Hockey Stacks for 1/10/17
Andreas Athanasiou and the Red Wings' red-hot second line have shown their upside in recent games. Who else deserves to be in your lineups tonight?

Detroit Red Wings

Players to target: Andreas Athanasiou, Frans Nielsen, and Thomas Vanek

This is the ultimate leverage play against the Chicago Blackhawks and Corey Crawford, who will undoubtedly be one of the most popular options in tournaments. The Blackhawks are currently a -200 favorite, making the Detroit Red Wings' second line an even better tournament play as they should see very low ownership.

They have been one of the hottest lines in the league since Athanasiou joined Nielsen and Vanek on the second line. In the last two games, these three have combined for 11 points, 5 of those coming from Athanasiou's stick. He is one of the league's most skilled young players and is a treat to watch when he isn't stuck on the fourth line.

We don't know exactly what Joel Quenneville will do as far as matchups, but the current line of Jonathan Toews, Marian Hossa, and Vincent Hinostroza has allowed 66.4 Corsi Against per 60 minutes played in limited time.

The top line for the Blackhawks of Artemi Panarin, Artem Anisimov, and Patrick Kane is going to be a popular stack once again, but they, too, can be had on the defensive end as they allow 9.5 Scoring Chances Against. The Hawks are also one of the worst at killing penalties (76.1%) and each of the listed Red Wings players will play on the power play, given them a chance to do more damage.
