Fantasy Baseball: 5 Streaming Options for Week 9
Lance McCullers looks continue his hot stretch in a two-start week. What other pitchers are good streaming options?

Junior Guerra, Milwaukee Brewers, 17.8% owned

Probable Starts:

Monday 5/30 against the St. Louis Cardinals
Saturday 6/4 at the Philadelphia Phillies

Junior Guerra has put up respectable fantasy numbers this season -- posting a 3-0 record to go with a 3.30 ERA and 30 strikeouts in as many innings. He's been especially effective recently with a 1.50 ERA with a 29.2% strikeout rate and 13.6% swinging strike rate over his past three starts.

His first matchup of the week is a tough one as the Cardinals rank second in wOBA against right-handed pitching. In daily leagues, it may be best to avoid Guerra on Monday.

However, Guerra's matchup on Saturday provides very intriguing streaming potential. The Phillies rank 27th in wOBA against righties after ranking dead last in that category last season.

Guerra is a fine option for weekly formats with two starts, but he is probably better reserved for just Saturday's start in daily formats. Regardless of his streaming appeal, he should be owned in more leagues -- especially in league's in which you benefit from his relief pitcher eligibility.
