5 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 7/7/16
Nolan Arenado and Maikel Franco will be popular options at third base for their matchup at Coors Field, which could make Kris Bryant a little underused tonight. Who else profiles as a good contrarian play?

Miguel Sano, OF, Minnesota Twins

FanDuel Price: $4,000

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

The Coors game will give the Rockies and Phillies outfielders enough attention that other outfielders such as Miguel Sano will end up being in the second-tier of ownership tonight.

Why You Should Use Him:

Sano picked up where he left off upon his return from the disabled list, launching 2 home runs in his first 6 games. He has an excellent chance to build on that total in tonight's matchup against Chi Chi Gonzalez.

Gonzalez, a righty, has a career 5.66 SIERA and has been worse against right-handed hitters in his career, posting a 5.09 xFIP against lefties and a 5.58 mark against righties. Sano hits lefties better but a career .248 ISO, .496 slugging percentage and 39.3% hard-hit rate against righties is nothing to sneeze at.

The Twins are projected for 5.1 runs tonight, which is the fifth-highest mark on the slate. Sano should be a big part of that and is an excellent tournament option.
