On the other side of the Green Bay-Washington game, Rob Kelley doesn't have a good matchup, taking on a stout Packers' run defense, but his opportunity should go a long way towards overcoming that.
Since taking the starting running back spot from Matt Jones in Week 8, he has seen 21 and 22 carries, respectively, in his two games as the lead dog. He has also had quite an efficient season, posting 0.05 Rushing NEP per carry, which ranks 9th among the 44 backs with at least 50 carries on the season.
Washington seems to have quite a bit of faith in Kelley. He has had 20-plus carries in two straight games while Jones only saw 20 touches once in seven games this year. That volume gives Kelley plenty of fantasy appeal regardless of the matchup.
