The 10 Best NFL Teams to Not Win a Super Bowl Since 2000
Which teams have fallen short of both expectations and the final prize?

7. 2009 Green Bay Packers

nERD: 12.17

With Donald Driver and Greg Jennings as his primary weapons, Aaron Rodgers threw for 4,434 yards and 30 touchdowns while leading the Green Bay Packers to the league's third-best scoring offense. Their defense was also respectable, ranking seventh and third in points and yards allowed per game, respectively.

As a result of an almost perfectly-balanced team, the Pack won 11 games in the regular season. Certainly good for any team's standards, but it was only worthy of a wild card berth.

In the wild card game, against Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald's Arizona Cardinals, the Packers just didn't have enough. They scored 35 points in the second half to tie the game up at 45, but Warner rallied the Cards to a touchdown in overtime to defeat Green Bay in epic fashion.
