Many came out of last season wondering whether or not Eric Ebron would materialize into a good tight end. He'd been drafted high in the 2014 NFL Draft, but he was plagued with drops when on the field, and was basically the Lions' third-string tight end for most of the season.

Ebron's had a respectable turnaround in 2015, however, and is worth an add off of waivers. After compiling a dreadful 0.41 Reception NEP per target in 2014, he's moved up to a much more respectable 0.61 Reception NEP per target through Week 6.

After compiling his fourth game of at least five targets (out of five games played), and securing his third touchdown of the season, Ebron has clearly become a worthy option in the Lions passing game. And the Lions' passing game, while not exactly prolific these days, is voluminous. In fact, the team sports the highest offensive pass-to-run ratio in the entire NFL, largely resulting from all the time they spend trying to play catch-up after getting down early in games.
