Billy Butler has been on a tear since the All-Star break, slashing .375/.432/.550 with a .422 wOBA in 13 games in that time.

He has hit left-handed pitching really well over his career with a 35.8% hard-hit rate, a .375 wOBA, and a .194 ISO. Combining that with his recent performance makes tonight's matchup with Ariel Miranda very encouraging.

Miranda has only made three Major League starts but has a 6.00 ERA through them. He managed just a 3.93 ERA in 19 Triple-A starts this season.
