Danny Valencia is another Oakland righty to target against Martin Perez tonight.

To reiterate: Perez has a 5.26 SIERA, 11.3% strikeout rate, and 9.7% walk rate. He has also allowed a .342 wOBA with a 4.97 xFIP against right-handed hitters.

Danny Valencia is crushing left-handed pitching this year, slashing .344/.408/.602 with a huge .427 wOBA and .258 ISO. That's through only 103 plate appearances, so it's a small sample size and he's unlikely to continue at such an impressive pace, but with a career .380 wOBA and .183 ISO against lefties, we can still expect Valencia to have a big night tonight.
