Why He Will Go Overlooked:

It's ace day, with Jake Arrieta, Jose Fernandez, and Yu Darvish taking the bump along with -215 Vegas favorite Rick Porcello. Carlos Martinez is sure to be overlooked as a result.

Why You Should Use Him:

Martinez will face a Brewers offense that ranks 21st in the Majors in wOBA at .311 against right-handed pitching, while leading the league in strikeout rate in the split.

And while Miller Park is certainly hitter-friendly to right-handed hitters (10th-best for runs scored and 4th-best for home runs, respectively), Martinez helps alleviate that concern with his elite ground-ball rate of 56.1% (league average through Sunday was 44.9%).

Given the other high-priced aces pus a heavy favorite in Porcello, Martinez is sure to go overlooked while possessing a great chance for a huge day.
