Mitchell, who was called up Tuesday, is expected to get the nod for the New York Yankees. Mitchell has just 40 2/3 big-league innings to his name, mostly as a reliever, with his last action coming in 2015. In that small sample, he owns a 3.87 SIERA with a 19.3% strikeout rate and 10.2% walk rate. He's only pitched 21 innings in the minor leagues this season, but he has shown some swing-and-miss stuff, punching out 14 across 9 innings in Triple-A.
