T15. Roy Halladay, Philadelphia Phillies (2011)

After 12 years in the Toronto organization, in his second season with the Philadelphia Phillies Halladay was huge. He won 19 games, while losing just six, and produced a WAR of 8.3. In 250.2 innings, his FIP was 2.20.

After winning the Cy Young the year before, Halladay went empty-handed as he made his final All-Star game showing at the age of 34.
