T7. Randy Johnson, Arizona Diamondbacks (1999)

In case you're already tired of seeing Johnson's name, sorry. Just four years later, Johnson turned in a 17-win season with a WAR of 9.5 once again, this time on a FIP of 2.76 in 35 starts.

Once again, Johnson was named the NL Cy Young winner and rewarded with a spot in the All-Star game.
