Brandon Belt, 1B, San Francisco Giants

The San Francisco Giants have a hefty 4.95 implied total (the highest on the slate) as they travel to one of the more hitter-friendly parks in the majors to take on Patrick Corbin and the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field.

Corbin posted an ugly 5.15 ERA with a 4.38 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) in 36 games last season. He struggled against hitters on both sides of the plate, allowing a 38.2% hard-hit rate to righties and a 39.8% hard-hit rate to lefties.

Brandon Belt is coming off of a strong 2016 season that saw him post a .275/.394/.474 slash with a .374 wOBA and .199 ISO. He should be able to do some damage against Corbin, and the high implied total for the Giants also gives both his floor and upside a bit of a bump.
