Carlos Santana is hitting leadoff for the Cleveland Indians this season, giving a nice bump to his fantasy value, and he has a good chance to put some of that value on display in a great matchup tonight.

Cleveland's 5.21 implied total is the highest on the main slate as they head to the hitter-friendly Chase Field to take on Shelby Miller and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Miller finished the 2016 season with a career-worst 5.13 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA), which marked his third year in a row above 4.15.

He had an especially hard time with left-handed hitters, allowing a huge .400 wOBA on a 39.1% hard-hit rate -- numbers that both would've ranked top-20 among qualifying hitters had they belonged to one player last year.

A switch-hitter, Santana has done his best work against right-handed pitching over his career, and last year was no exception, with a .388 wOBA. He also cracked righties for a 39.5% hard-hit and 45.5% fly ball rate -- numbers that suggest a ton of upside, especially in a good matchup like this one in one of the MLB's most hitter-friendly environments.
