With Clayton Kershaw on the slate, you're probably going to want some value plays down pretty close to minimum salary, and Logan Morrison fits the bill perfectly at only $100 above that mark.

Morrison has opened the season with a solid 31.6% hard-hit rate after posting a career-high 34.2% mark in 2016, and he's been especially strong against righties (34.5% this season, 35.8% in 2016).

The right-handed Jordan Zimmermann will be on the mound for the Detroit Tigers tonight, and his 4.81 SIERA in 2016 combined with a 30.4% hard-hit rate and 4.51 xFIP against left-handed hitters makes this a great spot for Morrison.
