4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 4/25/17

Typically, when we look at the Los Angeles Angels lineup for DFS, we gloss over everyone except Mike Trout. That being said, they're going up against Jesse Hahn tonight, and the Halos have a 4.47 implied team total, so surely some others are worth a look?

Hahn is nothing special, but he's yet another one of these guys who limits hard contact -- and in his case, it's against righties. Across his career, Hahn has held them to a 21% hard-hit rate, 25.6% soft-hit rate, and 55.1% ground-ball rate.

The Angels have a predominantly right-handed lineup, which likely means that even if they can get to Hahn, it probably won't be by way of the home run, especially in pitcher-friendly Angel Stadium.

Albert Pujols, who had 31 bombs last year, hasn't shown much power in 2017. He has just a .113 isolated power, 26.9% hard-hit rate, and 50.7% ground-ball rate.

Perhaps Pujols' power will re-emerge at some point, but for tonight, as per usual, Trout is the only notable Angel worth using.
