Joey Gallo may not be offering much in the way of consistency this year, with a .187 batting average and a strikeout rate pushing 40.0%, but what he does offer is huge upside -- especially relative to his price tag.

Despite the poor average, he has a .343 wOBA through 157 plate appearances, which comes with a huge .313 ISO. He's also sporting a 46.6% hard-hit rate and a 60.3% fly-ball rate, ranks 40th in average exit velocity, and 2nd in average batted-ball distance over the past 15 days.

His floor is obviously pretty poor -- hitting for such a low average is going to leave him giving you a dud often -- but his upside more than makes up for that.
