Cam Perkins has struggled from the dish to start his major league career, but that has only been a 25-plate-appearance sample and looked great in Triple-A this season, posting a .384 wOBA.

The Philadelphia Phillies offense is not in a great spot against Seattle Mariners lefty James Paxton, but we project Perkins to bat leadoff. With his promising minor league numbers, that's enough to offer some nice value while priced at minimum salary.
