Carlos Correa has been having an outstanding year from the dish, with a .398 wOBA and a .233 isolated slugging (ISO) that are on pace to be career highs. He has been especially good against left-handed pitching, with that wOBA jumping up to .414 on a 41.7% hard-hit rate.

He brings that into a matchup with Jays' lefty Francisco Liriano, who has a 5.02 SIERA on the year and has been shelled to the tune of a .370 wOBA, 35.5% hard-hit rate and 5.25 xFIP by right-handed bats. Correa should have no trouble continuing to do serious damage in this matchup. He is dealing with a thumb injury, so be sure to double-check his status once Houston releases their lineup.
