Teheran has turned in a really weak season so far, and his 5.05 SIERA is his worst mark since his 5-game 2011 rookie campaign, while left-handed bats have tagged him for a 36.8% hard-hit rate and 5.81 xFIP.

The switch-hitting Yasmani Grandal has done his best work against righties this season, with a .343 wOBA on a 37.3% hard-hit rate, and he's more than capable of taking advantage of this matchup.
