As the leadoff hitter for one of the most dangerous offenses in baseball, Brian Goodwin has become a usable fantasy asset and is averaging 11.6 FanDuel points since the All-Star break.

Goodwin will lead the charge for the Washington Nationals against Chris O'Grady, who's 5.40 ERA is mirrored by his putrid 5.13 SIERA. Right-handers have particularly had their way with O'Grady, posting a .425 wOBA and .629 slugging percentage against the lefty.

A left-handed hitter, Goodwin has put up much better numbers against southpaws this year (.469 wOBA and .694 slugging percentage), and his hard-hit rate is eight percentage points higher in this particular situation (32.9% against righties, 40.0% against lefties).
