Yoan Moncada, 2B, Chicago White Sox

It has been a slow start in the majors for Yoan Moncada this season, but 17 games isn't nearly a big enough sample to raise any serious red flags -- especially considering how well he has been making contact (37.5% hard-hit rate and 15.6% soft-hit rate). The .367 wOBA with 17 steals he posted in 80 Triple-A games this season are also very encouraging.

Houston Astros righty Collin McHugh isn't an intimidating matchup, having opened 2017 with a 4.38 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) through three starts after posting a 4.02 mark last year, giving Moncada nice value at a price point this low.
