Washington Nationals righty Edwin Jackson has struggled this season, posting a a 4.79 SIERA. That's only over an 8-game sample, but with a 4.38 career-average and a 5.23 mark in 2016, there's not much reason to expect things to improve for him.

Austin Hedges has shown some nice pop against righties this year, with a .249 wOBA on a 33.3% hard-hit rate and 47.2% fly-ball rate. He has upside for a reasonable price.
