Mike Clevinger's inconsistent role in the Cleveland rotation has kept his fantasy ownership low despite some excellent results, but the young righty is in a nice spot this week as he faces the White Sox.

This week's American League-centric streamer class might seem like an oddity, but these are odd times for MLB rotations at large, with many teams resorting to six-man staffs and September roster expansion rendering the already tricky task of telegraphing starts even more difficult.

But even as the waiver wires and free agent auction budgets thin out, there are a handful of worthy streamers available in the majority of leagues to help you gear up for your title push in Week 23.
