With a middling 4.75 ERA this season for the Atlanta Braves, Mike Foltynewicz is sure to be far less owned.
Why You Should Use Him:
Despite being priced down a bit, there are some strong peripherals we need to be aware of with the Braves right-hander.
Over his last 11 starts, Folty has recorded a double-digit strikeout rate eight times, and he holds a very respectable 9.1% swinging-strike rate this season. He faced these same Miami Marlins at the beginning of August and dominated to the tune of 10 whiffs and 1 earned run over 6 1/3 innings pitched.
