On the other side of that Orioles game, the Angels' offense is also in a terrific spot as they take on Baltimore righty Chris Tillman.

Tillman is on pace for his second consecutive season with an ERA north of 7.00 and a SIERA of more than 5.75. He's allowing a career-high 39.1% hard-hit rate and career-low 9.2% soft-hit rate. Platoon splits haven't mattered much, either, as he's pitched to a 5.37 xFIP in righty-righty matchups.

Zack Cozart has opened the season with a career-high 36.8% hard-hit rate and a 17.2% soft-hit rate that is on pace to be his second-lowest mark.

Since the start of the 2017 season, he has a .367 wOBA and .230 ISO in 485 plate appearances against right-handed pitching, and he's in a prime spot against the woeful Tillman.
