Leading off for the Cincinnati Reds, Jesse Winker's 2018 production hasn't lived up to what he managed to start his Major League career in 2017. But he is still showing plenty of promise.

Over 338 career plate appearances, he has turned a 38.6% hard-hit rate and 13.3% soft-hit rate into a .349 wOBA. Just looking at his splits against right-handed pitching, that wOBA jumps all the way to .376 on a 39.8% hard-hit and 11.5% soft-hit rate.

He's up against a righty tonight in Luke Weaver, and the Reds have a solid 4.56 implied total. The young hurler is sporting a career-worst 4.11 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) so far in 2018, and his .347 wOBA and 4.54 xFIP against left-handed bats makes this a strong spot for Winker.
