Mallex Smith, OF, Tampa Bay Rays

Price: $2,400

Speaking of stolen bases, the Toronto Blue Jays' catchers have allowed the second-most in the Majors. Russell Martin has been particularly easy to run on -- he has played only the 18th-most innings for a catcher this season, but the 34 stolen bases he has allowed are the most at the position.

Jaime Garcia will be on the mound for the Jays tonight, and his 4.51 SIERA and 10.0% walk rate (his highest since his 2008 rookie campaign) aren't good signs that he'll be keeping the basepaths clear.

Mallex Smith generally struggles with southpaws, making him far riskier than Inciarte, the latter of whom has shown some chops as a hitter. Smith is also a very dangerous baserunner, though, with 12 stolen bases of his own this season, and thanks to a projected 0.22 steals, our models have him as a top-10 point-per-dollar value among today's hitters.
