Dansby Swanson, SS, Atlanta Braves

The Atlanta Braves' second-year shortstop has picked it up after a challenging rookie season that saw him post an ugly .276 wOBA. In 2018, Swanson has upped that to a .322 mark, and he's shown solid improvement in his fly-ball rate -- from 29.4% to 35.5%.

Unfortunately, tonight may be an uphill battle for Swanson. He will face Tyson Ross, who's been strong in 2018. Over 76 innings pitched, the right-hander sports a 24.5% strikeout rate and 27.9% fly-ball rate. Right-handed hitters have particularly struggled versus Ross this year as he's held them to a .227 wOBA and 28.3% strikeout rate.

While Swanson has shown nice improvement, it may be best to avoid him tonight.
