Given all the strong hitting spots we have at our disposal, the predominantly right-handed St. Louis Cardinals are unlikely to elicit much interest against Julio Teheran.

However, we can still use leadoff man Matt Carpenter as a one-off in tournaments. He's expensive, but that should only help to further diminish ownership of a guy sporting a 51.0% hard-hit rate, 49.7% fly-ball rate, and .421 expected weighted on-base average versus right-handed pitching.

As we all know, Tehran is easy pickings for lefties, allowing a career 5.10 FIP and .342 wOBA in the platoon split. Take advantage on Friday night.
