Former first-round pick Zach Eflin is finally making good on his pedigree, tossing 56.2 innings of 3.02-ERA ball while doubling his strikeout rate from a measly 12.5% to an impressive 24.5% in 2018. Pitch-type splits point to a rejuvenated slider, coaxing 37.4% out-of-zone swings while limiting hitters to a .533 OPS over 184 offerings.

Look for the surging Philadelphia Phillies' hurler to see a further ownership spike ahead of a plum interleague assignment in Week 14. The Orioles flailed to a 24.1% group strikeout rate against righties in June, with a team OPS of .676 on just 32.1% hard contact.
