Didi Gregorius, SS, New York Yankees

The New York Yankees have mashed left-handed pitching in 2018, leading all of baseball with a .351 wOBA. Big righty-hitting boppers like Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton, and Gleyber Torres have all raked their way to impressive numbers this year, so tonight's starter, lefty Sean Newcomb, will have his work cut out for him.

Unfortunately, likely cleanup man Didi Gregorius has not fared as well as his teammates in this split. On the season against same-sided hurlers, the shortstop has posted only a .291 wOBA and 28.2% hard-hit rate.

Gregorius was solid in June, sporting a .342 wOBA, but he may be in for a tough assignment tonight against Newcomb.
