The Seattle Mariners' matchup against Tyler Skaggs leaves their offense with a low floor, as Skaggs has pitched well this season,but there's still some room for upside. Skaggs is allowing his highest hard-hit rate since 2013 (37.3%), and his 12.4% soft-hit rate is on pace to be a career-low.

Ryon Healy has made 230 plate appearances against southpaws over the last 2 seasons, and in that sample, he has turned in a .334 wOBA and .197 isolated slugging (ISO). That production, particularly the power shown in his ISO, gives him a solid ceiling against Skaggs tonight.
