Mookie Betts has been absurdly productive this year. His .445 wOBA is tied for first among qualifying hitters, and his .309 isolated slugging (ISO) ranks fourth.

His combination of power (25 home runs) and base-stealing ability (20 steals) as well as the boost he gets playing in a high-powered Boston Red Sox offense (84 runs, 56 RBIs) has him ranked first among hitters with 16.0 FanDuel points per game.

He has been especially deadly against southpaws, with his wOBA jumping to .478 and his ISO to .400, making today's matchup against CC Sabathia an appealing one.

Sabathia has a solid 3.53 ERA this season, but his 4.38 SIERA indicates he hasn't been pitching nearly as well as that ERA indicates. He's also allowing his highest hard-hit rate since 2013 and has given up more hard contact to right-handed bats than to lefties.
