Hernan Perez, 3B, Milwaukee Brewers

Cain is on the expensive end of the value range, but if you're looking for even more salary relief while still getting exposure to the Brewers' offense, Hernan Perez is your guy.

Perez's overall numbers are nothing special, but his splits against southpaws are very promising for this matchup with Richard. Over an admittedly limited 86-plate-appearance sample this season, he has turned a 44.8% hard-hit rate and 43.3% fly-ball rate into a .351 wOBA and huge .293 ISO.

Combining that with last year's work against lefties, we get a more significant 206-plate-appearance sample, in which he still has a solid .341 wOBA and .199 ISO on a 37.6% hard-hit rate.
