Justin Upton, OF, Los Angeles Angels

Price: $3,000

A righty-righty matchup is no concern for Justin Upton.

In that split, Upton has a .360 wOBA and .213 ISO this season, compared to only a .270 wOBA and .095 ISO against southpaws. He has fared better against southpaws over the past few years, so we can't necessarily assume that he's actually better against right-handers, but we can at least say that he doesn't get a significant downgrade in same-handed matchups.

He also brings this year's excellent numbers into a plus matchup tonight, taking on Jacob Turner and the Detroit Tigers.

Turner has primarily served as a reliever, and his last three MLB seasons have been egregious. He has faced 327 batters in that time, allowing a massive .401 wOBA and 5.62 xFIP on a 39.2% hard-hit rate.

He isn't likely go deep into this game, and when Turner gets the hook, things should still be favorable for Upton. The Tigers' relievers, as a group, have managed only a 4.49 xFIP this season, which ranks in the bottom-five in the Majors.
