Salvador Perez, C, Kansas City Royals

The Kansas City Royals are another offense in a great spot, taking on Chicago White Sox right-hander Dylan Covey.

Covey has followed up 2017's 5.64 SIERA with an improved-but-still-weak 4.68 clip over 23 games in 2018. He's still allowing hard contact on one-third of his batted balls, and his 9.6% walk rate doesn't inspire much confidence.

On the surface, Salvador Perez is having a down year, as well, but his contact numbers are stellar. Even in same-handed matchups, he's boasting a 45.6% hard-hit rate, 12.9% soft-hit rate and 45.2% fly-ball rate. His .297 wOBA is being held back by a .233 BABIP, and his .209 ISO is showing no lack of power or fantasy upside.
