Adalberto Mondesi has turned some heads over the latter months of the season, showing a power-speed combo that will make him a fascinating case in season-long drafts next year.

For our DFS purposes, though, It's hard to argue with what he's done, smacking 12 home runs and swiping 28 bags over 273 plate appearances. Perhaps he's playing a bit over his head considering his mediocre .328 xwOBA and high .350 BABIP, but he showed promising power and speed in the minors, and the pop is supported by a 43.2% hard-hit rate and 37.2% fly-ball rate.

The Kansas City Royals have a mundane 4.28 implied total, but we shouldn't be surprised if they can get to Josh Tomlin, who has struggled to a 6.44 ERA, 4.92 SIERA and 13.6% strikeout rate, while allowing a 39.4% hard-hit rate. Even if Mondesi's hot play grabs some ownership, a Royals stack as a whole could fly under the radar.
