Jordan Zimmermann and the Detroit Tigers could play the role of spoiler this weekend against the Milwaukee Brewers, who are chasing the Chicago Cubs for the NL Central title. While the veteran righty has improved this year, he's still shown some scary metrics that we want to avoid.

Over 125 1/3 innings pitched in 2018, Zimmerman has posted a solid 4.18 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA). Things start to get bad when you peep his 37.6% hard-hit rate and 42.4% fly-ball rate though.

He also faces a Brewers offense that is crushing the ball. Over the past 14 days, they rank eighth in team weighted on-base average (wOBA) at a .340 clip, and they rank second in isolated power (ISO; .227).
