Kevin Pillar, OF, Toronto Blue Jays

Price: $2,100

Back to the Toronto Blue Jays, Kevin Pillaris another guy who's cheap enough that even some middling offensive numbers are enough to put him in play. He's posted a .302 wOBA in each of the last two seasons, bringing his career average to .299.

What he did show last year, though, was some increased power. He went yard 15 times (for the second-straight year), and his 34.0% hard-hit rate was nearly seven percentage points better than he'd ever posted before. That added more upside to what was already some valuable stolen base potential, and he's swiped at least 14 bags in each of the last four years.

Neither his home run or stolen base numbers are exciting on their own, but combined they do give him some intriguing upside on a nightly basis.

He also gets a nice boost tonight, like Tellez, from being a right-handed hitter against Drew Pomeranz, and Pillar is coming off a year in which he posted a .195 ISO on a 35.2% hard-hit and 41.7% fly-ball rate against southpaws.
