Justin Bour remains quiet from the dish to start 2019, but you shouldn't be too concerned about what happens over 26 plate appearances. His 2018 numbers weren't anything special either, but his .324 wOBA and .177 ISO came with only a .270 batting average on balls in play (BABIP), which indicates some bad luck when compared to his .293 career-average. He was making the kind of strong contact we'd become accustomed to seeing from him too, with a 37.4% hard-hit and 36.3% fly-ball rate.

Bour is especially good against right-handed pitching, turning in a wOBA of at least .349 and ISO of at least .221 in each of the last four years, adding hard-hit rates of at least 40% in each of the last two.

That positions him well tonight against Texas Rangers righty Lance Lynn, who hasn't finished with a SIERA better than 4.00 since 2014, having posted marks of 4.85 and 4.26 in the last two seasons. He gave up a career-high 35.4% hard-hit rate last year, while his xFIP against left-handed bats sat at an egergious 5.10.
