Jean Segura, SS, Philadelphia Phillies

Hitting atop one of the hottest offenses in the league, Jean Segura will look to smash Jake Odorizzi, who struggled with a 4.49 ERA over 164 1/3 innings pitched last season. Is this another jumping off point for the Phils?

Maybe not. It's only one turn, but Odorizzi was brilliant in his first start, whiffing 11 batters over 6 innings pitched. Odorizzi was also pretty decent against same-sided hitters last year, holding them to a .318 wOBA and 0.99 home runs per 9 innings pitched (HR/9).

Segura wasn't at his best in this spot a year ago, recording only a 27.1% hard-hit rate and 25.9% fly-ball rate, so he could be one to pivot away from this evening.
