Tyler White, 1B, Houston Astros

Price: $2,000

Back to Houston, our models continue to love minimum-priced Tyler White, projecting him as the second-best point-per-dollar value on the slate (behind only Steve Pearce).

White's 39 plate appearances this year have seen him struggle to the tune of a .272 wOBA. Last year, though, he made 237 plate appearances in the majors, turning in a .377 wOBA and .257 ISO. That strong production was no surprise considering the .440 wOBA and .235 ISO he posted in 313 plate appearances at the Triple-A level as well.

With this year's struggles coming over such a small sample, there's still plenty of room for optimism that he's going to turn things around, and a $2,000 price tag makes him more than affordable to roll the dice on that happening tonight, while the Astros boast a strong implied total in a solid matchup.
