The top implied total for a non-Coors team tonight belongs to the Tampa Bay Rays, and that's not surprising when you consider their matchup with the Baltimore Orioles and righty Dan Straily.

Straily has opened 2019 with an absolutely heinous 6.37 SIERA over five starts, managing only a 10.3% strikeout rate with an 8.3% walk rate. He's not coming off an encouraging 2018 season either, having posted an ugly 4.92 SIERA over 23 games. He has never finished a season with a SIERA better than 4.25, and he's only posted a mark better than 4.67 in one of his last four years.

Making any matchup with the Orioles even better, their relievers have a collective 4.99 xFIP on the year -- tied for the worst in the Majors.

Ji-Man Choi has made a real habit of beating up on right-handed pitching. Since posting a weak .270 wOBA in the split as a rookie in 2016, he has turned things around with a huge .390 wOBA and .259 ISO on a 42.6% hard-hit rate over 288 plate appearances.
