Fantasy Baseball Streaming Pitchers: Brewers, Marlins Offer Best Options This Week
Miami Marlins Starters
Dan Haren, Tom Koehler and Jarred Cosart earn starts this weekend in a three-game series against the visiting Philadelphia Phillies. The Phillies have been putrid this season, especially on the road. In seven road contests, Philly has scored 16 runs, hit 4 home runs, collected 77 total bases, hit to a .210 average, posted a .599 OPS, walked 17 times and have averaged a home run every 58.3 at-bats. All of those numbers are in the bottom five in baseball.
By comparison, Philadelphia has scored 33 times, launched 7 homers, collected 111 total bases, are batting .216 and have a .657 OPS at home. Not to accentuate how bad the Phils are, the 2014 edition scored 93 runs in April last season. Tough to think that the 2015 version will score another 44 runs in the next four games, but crazier things have happened.
All three starters are available in at least 80% of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
