It is great to see Patrick Corbin pitching so well after returning from Tommy John surgery on July 4th. Corbin and his 23/3 strikeout-to-walk ratio (K/BB) invade Seattle Wednesday in a favorable road streaming option.

The Mariners are one five teams to strike out 400 times or more at home and has plated a meager 171 runs in 49 home contests. Only two American League teams have worse run differentials than Seattle: Chicago and Boston. The Mariners are also one of seven teams with negative offensive and defensive runs above average scores. That takes a special amount of bad to do.
