The Yankees have the fifth-highest implied total of the night against Robbie Ray and the Diamondbacks. Through his young career, Ray is sporting a 4.16 SIERA, while right-handed hitters have really got the best of him, and he is allowing them a .355 wOBA with a 4.55 xFIP.

Mark Teixeira isn't the superstar slugger he once was, but he can still produce, especially against left-handed pitchers, against whom he has always done his best work with a career .387 wOBA, .227 ISO, and 15.9 percent strikeout rate.

While he's off to a slow start this season, Teixeira had a 2015 that was his best year statistically since 2009, and he seems to still have some gas in the tank, making this price tag really appealing with such a favorable matchup.
